I've spent the last couple of days harassing you poor deviantART members with references to Piano in your profiles to try and get the word of my forum (Www.ThePianoInn.coM) out and about. If you were offended / annoyed I apologize.

If you feel you've been spammed I'll take the time to explain the drawn out process of this, so that you don't feel completely violated...

I've had to actively search for every single one of the members that I've commented, and had to skim through their profile (I've looked at about 1,000 by now) and decided whether they might be interested or not in joining.

I have then had to manually comment each and every one of these profiles (because I wasn't prepared to write a bot which is likely to build up traffic and comment users that probably weren't interested). This is no quick task and I've probably spent hours doing this.

If I get just one member from every 100 that I've commented, it's been a success. If you aren't interested, then that's fine too, just ignore the comment and I won't message again.

If you have messaged me (or replied to comments etc) I have done my best to at least reply to maintain a level of personality

I'll also apologize for accidentally (about 15 minutes ago) pasting the wrong text into people's comments.. It was hugely embarrassing haha! (I needed to paste something from the forum into a new board and forgot to copy the correct text again) Sorrrryy!!!

Anyway, about the site...

It's a community for pianists, keyboardists, harpsichordists, organists, People interested in piano and learning piano, classical music fans and people who generally want somewhere to meet new people.

There's about 25 boards with various topical discussion (mostly piano orientated). The community is small (we've been open barely 3 days) but it is increasing (slowly but surely)!

There are other features on the forum (to keep you occupied when you're not posting) such as flash games in the arcade. We also have a cash mod installed, which gives the forum a currency. This will be used in a short while for planned modifications for the site in the very near future.

If you can, come and register and introduce yourself and I'll make sure that I personally welcome you.

I am actually looking for users with a little free time to moderate the forums once they get a little busier and I'll need special users to help spread the word around.
